Brett has regained his 2020 form, emerging as the most dangerous power hitter in the EWL at the midway point of the 2021 season.
2020 Co-Wiffler of the Year Brett started the 2021 season slow, but has since turned on the gas, and after a dominant performance in week 5, he was voted PBR Wiffler of the Week.
Although his team went 0-2 in week 5 and continued a losing streak, Brett continued his upward trajectory among the EWL League Leaders.
In a loss to Shady Characters, Brett went 4-for-5 with four extra-base hits including a double, two triples, a home run, a run scored, and two RBI.
In an extra-innings loss to Guacamol-yay, Brett went 6-for-8 with a single, two doubles, three home runs, five runs scored, and five RBI.
In total, Brett went 10-for-13 with nine extra-base hits in week 5.
This is the third time in Brett’s career that he has been named Wiffler of the Week.
