
Jan went 2-for-4 with a double and a two-run homer, hitting the first of Guac Boys’ four consecutive homers in the third inning
Jan, Alec, Form, and Bohn went back-to-back-to-back-to-back in the top of the third, leading the Guac Boys as they pulled away from Cheap Goats for a 9-3 win. Bohn was effective on the mound, scattering three runs on seven hits, and he was one of four Guac Boys players, including Jan, Alec, and Jude, to contribute two hits in the victory.
Christian started for Cheap Goats, and he rolled through the top of the first, retiring Jan and Alec in order.
Joey led off the bottom of the first with a double, and he scored from first when Courtlen followed with an RBI single. Bohn retired Christian and Dinger to strand Courtlen, minimizing the damage, and Cheap Goats led 1-0 through an inning.
Christian once again cruised in the top of the second, striking out Form and retiring Bohn, and the score remained 1-0.
Bohn retired Kevin, making his EWL debut, and Joey in the bottom of the second, and he would receive all of the run support that he would need in the top of the third.

Bohn pitched the complete game win and went 2-for-4 with a single and a solo homer in Guac Boys 9-3 win over Cheap Goats
Christian retired Jude to start the top of the third, and he had retired the first five batters he faced. Unfortunately, the next five batters would reach base and score. Jude hit a one-out triple, and Jan followed with a two-run homer, putting the Guac Boys in front 2-1. Alec then homered, making the score 3-1, and Form followed with a solo shot, extending the lead to 4-1. Bohn also homered, and Guac Boys had hit four straight, going back-to-back-to-back-to-back to take a 5-1 lead. Christian retired Tone to end the inning, and Guac Boys came one homer shy of tying the EWL record for consecutive home runs.
Courtlen led off the bottom of the third with a solo homer, narrowing the score to 5-2. Bohn retired Christian and Dinger to end the inning, and Cheap Goats trailed by three runs.
Christian retired Jude and Jan in order in the top of the fourth, keeping the game close.
Joey hit a one-out double in the bottom of the fourth, but Bohn stranded him, retiring Courtlen to strand the runner and end the inning.
Christian once again rolled in the top of the fifth, retiring Alec and Form in order, and the score remained 5-2.
Dinger hit a one-out single in the bottom of the fifth, but Bohn stranded another Cheap Goats runner, retiring Kevin to end the inning, maintaining the three-run lead.
Guac Boys pulled away with another big inning in the top of the sixth. Bohn singled, and he advanced to second when Tone followed with a single. Jude, making his 2024 EWL debut, cleared the bases with a three-run homer, putting Guac Boys in front 8-2. Jan doubled, and he moved to third when Alec followed with a single. Guac Boys had runners on the corners with no outs, and Jan scored from third when Form grounded out for the first out of the inning. Christian retired Bohn to strand Alec at second, but Guac Boys had scored four runs to take a 9-2 lead in the sixth.

Bohn remained on the mound to close things out for Guac Boys. Joey led off the bottom of the sixth with a double, and Courtlen drove him in with an RBI single that cut the deficit to 9-3. The rally would end there, however, as Bohn buckled down. He retired Christian before striking out Dinger to strand the runner, end the inning, and end the game, giving Guac Boys a 9-3 win.
The win moved Guac Boys to 2-1 on the season, and the loss dropped Cheap Goats to 1-2.
