2014 EWL Wiffler of the Year, Bob, picked up where he left off in 2015, going 4-for-5 with three bombs as he led Questionable Outfit to a season opening win in a rematch of the 2014 Wiffle Series.
The reigning EWL Pitch King, Reilly, started on the mound for Questionable Outfit, and he got into more trouble early than he had in any of his 2014 starts. Down three, Questionable got out their bats in the bottom of the second and were assisted by multiple fielding mishaps by Cookies & Cream. Mike tripled with one out, and he scored on a Reilly single, making the score 3-1. Bob followed with a two-run bomb, his first of the year, tying the game at 3-3. Kimble would then double, and he moved to third on a Mike single, putting runners on the corners with one out. Reilly doubled off the fence, scoring Kimble to make the score 4-3. Mike tried to score from first on the play, but was called out, ending the inning.
Reilly cruised through the top of the third, and Questionable would extend their lead in the bottom half of the inning. Bob led off the inning with a homer, his second in as many at-bats, making the score 5-3. Kimble then came to the plate and crushed a mammoth blast to left, and the back-to-back homers put Questionable Outfit ahead 6-3.
Cookies went scoreless in the top of the fourth, and Bob led off the bottom of the inning with a double. Kimble would follow with a two-run bomb, his second homer of the game, pushing the Questionable lead to 8-3.

Dinger was hit hard in his first start of the season, but didn’t get much help from his defense as Questionable Outfit piled on 9 runs
Dinger helped his own cause in the top of the fifth, hitting a solo homer, his first of the year. The blast cut the deficit to 8-4, but Cookies couldn’t rally.
Bob made up for the run in the bottom of the fifth with a solo shot to deep right field, putting Questionable ahead five runs.
Down 9-4, Cookies & Cream scrambled for a run in the top of the sixth. Blose led off the inning with a single and moved to third on a Vassallo ground out. Dinger hit a one-out double, scoring Blose, making the score 9-5. Joey followed with a single, putting runners on the corners with one out. But Reilly buckled down, retiring Blose to strand two runners and end the game.
