2014 EWL Wiffler of the Year, Bob, picked up where he left off in 2015, going 4-for-5 with three bombs as he led Questionable Outfit to a season opening win in a rematch of the 2014 Wiffle Series.

The reigning EWL Pitch King, Reilly, started on the mound for Questionable Outfit, and he got into more trouble early than he had in any of his 2014 starts. Joey led off the game with a double and scored when Blose followed with a triple, putting Cookies & Cream ahead 1-0. Vassallo would then ground out for the first out of the inning, but Blose scored on the play, making the score 2-0. Dinger followed with a one-out single, but Reilly stranded him to end the inning.

Cookies & Cream would be missing their ace, Guthrie, who was out for week 1 for travel purposes. They turned to reliable starter Dinger, who retired Questionable in order in the bottom of the first.

Cookies would add to their lead in the top of the second. Blose started the inning with a single, and after a Vassallo strikeout, Dinger hit an RBI double off the fence, making the score 3-0.

Down three, Questionable got out their bats in the bottom of the second and were assisted by multiple fielding mishaps by Cookies & Cream. Mike tripled with one out, and he scored on a Reilly single, making the score 3-1. Bob followed with a two-run bomb, his first of the year, tying the game at 3-3. Kimble would then double, and he moved to third on a Mike single, putting runners on the corners with one out. Reilly doubled off the fence, scoring Kimble to make the score 4-3. Mike tried to score from first on the play, but was called out, ending the inning.
